Reminders

            1. Your delegate/proxy lists are due now - thanks if you have already sent them to the WSFC Secretary

            2.  March 31st - The last day for registration at the reduced rate - Registrations go to Tom Self.  His address is on the form.

            3.  March 31st - The last day for items for the convention booklet including ads

            4.  April 1st - First half per capita due

            5.  April 6th - Memorial list due to Nancy Jackson.  Her address/email is on the form.

            6.  April 5th - Changes for update of the Directory due to the WSFC Secretary

The following is from Charlie Caughlan, Chair of the 2012 State Convention

          1.   Registration needs to be sent in by March 31st.
          2.   Please let Charles Caughlan know if any delegates or attendees need any special dietary needs.
          3.   Be sure to let the Quay Red Lion know if you have special room requirements when you register. I suggest you request a ground floor room if you have trouble climbing stairs.
          4.  Take  your door prize donations to the raffle room, (Portside room at the hotel near the delegate check in) when you arrive.
          5.  Delegate check-in will be in the front lobby.
          6.   The Vendor room will be in the Gulls Nest room (Near the delegate check in)
          7.  Be sure to get your breakfast tickets at the front desk when you check in. The breakfast will be buffet style in the hotel restaurant. They will pick up their food and then sit anyplace they want to in the restaurant.
          8.  Take chapter banners to the convention room on Tuesday morning. No one is to pin or tape anything to the walls.
